I want to buy a netbook pretty quick because I think the VAT rate might increase, but ... which one!

I want something reliable and sturdy and simple to use. I'll be taking it with me when I go off for the weekends so it will be mainly for checking and sending emails and bidding on ebay, checking my facebook and so on! I do not download films and stuff, but might want to download photos from our trips off etc.

Has anyone got any pointers to good deals! I think I'd prefer a samsung because lots of people have said they are good, but I just want something easy and simple to use, a plug and play sort of thing really that will do what I want it to do ... seeemmmples ... NOT!

Oh and for my budget, it depends really but £250 quid is about the most I would feel comfortable with, given my uselessness with anything with a wire on the end of it!
:hello:  please play nicely children !

  • I think it waste your money
  • Hi,
I found a deal on a Samsung netbook on the Insight UK homepage (sorry I can't post links yet) it says it is one of the lightest netbooks around, which will be handy if you will be travelling with it a lot.
Also if you click on the computers drop down, go to netbooks and sort by price there are lots of netbooks that meet your specifications and are less than £250

    Hope this helps!
