I have prepared a letter to ask for my CCA to a debt collector. How can I send this recorded delivery if the only address I have is a PO Box.
Any ideas?

It still sends recorded, I just did it yesterday. I have my receipt here in front of me, cost me 41p for 1st class post and 74p to have it recorded and I have just tracked it, it was signed for at 6.45am this morning. See HERE under Moorcroft (first heading). Moorcroft use a P.O.Box.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

If it's a p.o box it still has to be collected in person or delivered by hand so the recorded delivery still applies.0
