CCA letter to be sent recorded delivery

Hi all,
Just a quickie. I am trying to send a CCA request letter to a DCA but the only address I have is a PO Box. I was under the impression that you cant send recorded deliveries to PO Box addresses. Can you? What other way can I send it?

Hi,
I have sent several recorded delivery letters to PO boxes, and they have been fine.
June 2010 - 11/56 lbs Weight to lose before May 2011.

I have sent my CCA request letters, recently, they have all been signed for and replied to. No problems
