Advice for Marbles debt?

Can anyone help? I am 2 1/2 years into my DMP with CCCS, and pay a sizable chunk into it each month, and whilst interest payments stay low, I'm very close indeed to my original contracted payments. I should be clear of my debt in a little over two years.

Included in my creditors are Marbles and Halifax. (Same people I think- at least the bills look the same, and the address is the same...)

My Halifax balance is about £2k, and I pay £126 to it monthly. Their minimum payment requirement os £35.

My Marbles balance is £2,600, and I pay £125 to it monthly. However, their minimum payment exactly matches my CCCS allocated amount of £125.

Both cards are charging interest: Halifax 17.9% and Marbles 28.9%

Seems rather odd as both cards come from the same source. Does anyone have any advice?
