Wording for a Transfer Request

Hi, hoping someone can help. I am trying to complete a transfer request for work but am struggling to word my reasons for requesting the transfer. I currently work in an inbound call centre but would like to change to a customer facing role. The reason being that I am totally sick of working on the phones, the time pressures over the phonecalls and the lack of control over work. I'm not sure how to word this. I don't want to say I am looking for a new challenge as there are other service lines I could be trained for. How could I word my request, what other reasons could I use?
