hi, global collect is an online payment processor, http://www.globalcollect.com/Index
and as far as i can see microsoft ireland is just that ,(http://www.microsoft.com/ireland/default.aspx) the irish microsoft site. maybe you bought something from the microsoft site? if not i would ask the bank to investigate0 -
hi thanks for your reply ... Ive got no idea what this is, and ive definatly got no need to buy anything from the microsoft site as my partner deals with the pc, and he has his own bank etc ....
Thanks for your helpHoping to be a thinner me in 2010!0 -
what type of payment was it? can you check with your bank. presumably it can only be a DD or a debit card payment or standing order. if it was a DD or standing order then presumably you can tell from the online details?
is it possible your OH could have used your Debit card by mistake?
if your sure its not genuine, can you speak to the bank and just tell them that you haven't authorised any payments to this company and so you want their charge refunded.0 -
Have you contacted visa disputes at abbey to report it as an unauthorise payment?Barclaycard 3800
