CCA getting technical can any one help please?

I sent a Account in Dispute - Section 10 Notice letter obtained from the forum.

The CCA letter states 'Quoted from their letter' " You have not specified upon which grounds you rely for your notice under s10 of the Data Protection Act, we do not consider this valid; furthermore this is not a valid request as it falls under the exemption in Schedule 2 section 2(a) of the act."

If someone can help it would be very much appreciated, as i have no idea how to respond to them.

What sort of debt are you talking about?
What other letters (if any) have you sent before the Account in dispute letter?
What is the reason for disputing the account?

Hi Rank, you need to post on NID's "Unenforcibility & Templates" thread. I'm sure someone there will help you with a reply.
