Errors on Credit Expert

Hi,
I've got an issue with my credit report and I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem. Basically, I've been paying off my Halifax overdraft on the 1st of every month and I've paid on time since I've set this arrangement up. I called Halifax about it, who confirmed this info also. So really, Credit Expert are affecting my file by saying I've got late payments when I don't and it's really annoying!
Has anyone else had this problem? And if so what have you done about it? I've requested a notice of correction, but I want to prevent things like this happening again.
