Help please is this a scam/spam?

I have an email today from [EMAIL="Prizesdotcodotuk@us-dot-edir1-dot-com"]Prizesdotcodotuk-at-us-dot-edir1-dot-com[/EMAIL] saying congrats (a mans name) you have been nominated to win one of these Apple prizes, and it tells me to click on the one I want, an iMac, an IPhone and another Apple product. I don't enter comps under pseudonyms, I don't see the point, so I know I haven't entered this. I think it's spam, but I just wanted advice from more experienced compers to make sure, is this one to delete? Thank you!

I had exactly the same email (but they got my name right) but from a different address - mine was from [EMAIL="info@247emaildelivery.com"]info@247emaildelivery.com[/EMAIL] marked 'nationwide surverys'. Think it's spam

I came in tired from work, and jumped on internet and checked emails, founf the email from ok mail and planet 49, filled in forms, address details etc for apple computer, and also did the mobile phone comp. Noticed after I had done the text competition about charges, sent the "Stop" TEXT straight after.

Feel a complete idiot for not realising what it actually was. Any serious advuce about what steps I should do now (who to contact, banks? , mobile phone company?)to limit any more and prevent giving away anything else to thses people.

Please help.
