I used this voucher to buy some items on-line, the discount code was accepted and the summary screen showed the 25% coming off. I then put in my credit card details and the final screen had removed the discount!

This is unbelievable.

I contacted customer services and they have said I need to take the items into the store, with a voucher and they will refund the items - so long as they haven't been worn!

Then I can buy them again with the discount voucher. Why should I do this, its unbelievable that they tell me I am paying £77 then take £100 and I have to drive several miles to sort out the problem.

Please be very wary of this disgraceful practice.

Hi all, I have seen a dress I want, but £90 would be pushing the boat out. Does anyone know of a Monsoon code or voucher?

Any codes? Even a free delivery would be great! My local Monsoon is small and they won't order things in. I begrudge paying £3.95 delivery for a £26 top. (I know I don't have to have the top but I NEED it)
