How long before CCJ?

Hi there,
I am a paranoid freak right now...
I owe Halifax about 300 pounds and have done for about a month now...it's all because I am a recent graduate and moved down south to start a new, good job...
I daren't check my Halifax account as with this new thing where they add charges every month to overdrawn overdrafts...I know it'll probs be even more than 300.
My question is, how long before I get some sort of CCJ?
I am not sure what letters I have from them as I no longer live with my parents...
I get my first 5 weeks pay after 6 weeks of being skint in 1 week 6 days and am planning to pay it all off then..
I don't want to contact them as I called them up a while ago and they were strict with me and said I needed to pay them a hundred pounds per month until the overdraft of 500 (AGREED) was paid off.
Will I be okay? How long does it take before some sort of threat is made or CCJ? Last time I owed them 70 pounds and they were sending default sort of letters. They're a terribly pressurising, scary bank and I am young and want a mortgage but just been through a rough patch paying out a big flat deposit to rent out...I don't want a CCJ

Chill
I'm no expert on the matter but its doubtful that they would ever bother going for a ccj on a balance made up of mostly charges especially 1 so low. And if they did you would be talking months and months if not years down the line.
Default letter would if it was a credit card/loan etc be on average 3 months of missed payments. Not sure with an overdraft.
Personally i'd open an account with another bank then write to Halifax and tell them exactly when you will be paying them. Few token payments would not go a miss either.0 -
Ps the default notice would give you 14+ days to correct the breach so even if a default came through the letter box tomorow you should be fine.0
