Advice needed regarding problems with XFM win.

Hopefully someone here has some advice and knowledge of how I should go about making the phonecall tomorrow and what to do next, as I feel my attempts have been hopeless so far.

I won a pair of Doc Martens back in March, I gave the lady at XFM the size and colour I wanted and they said they would pass it on to the supplier. I took many weeks of chasing for them to get them sent out. When they did arrive they had sent the wrong size so I promptly called XFM to explain. The lady said she would get the supplier to call me - they never fid. I called again to say I had no call, agin they said the same and again no call.

It has been three weeks since I received the wrong size boots, eight phone calls to XFM have been made, each time they say they cant get hold of their contact at the supplier but she would call me back, each time she never called back.

I'm really fed up and disappointed, what should have been a fab a fab win has turned into a nightmare and I really don't know what to do next, The last few months have been a very stressful time for our family and I could really have done without this.

Please if anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Email her and say u r contatcing the isp if this matter isn't resolved in 7 days, as it isn't fair on u to have to keep chasing this and u feel awkward doing this xx

then contact isp, they have changed name but still cover promotions xx
