Hi Beckiem
Is it not asking you to do anything else?... or is it just not showing up at all?.. what exactly is happening?.

its not asked me to do anything else ie wait for a pin number, it finishes taking my details, processes them, then says to sign in using the information i put in, so i do exactly that and it says it doesnt recognise it

As far as i can remember when i signed up, i had to wait for a pin number that was emailed to me. Sorry i cant be any more help. You could call them on 08006569000, its a freefone number so wont cost anything from a landline.

thanks very much, but i dont have a landline, just a mobile, i get an email when it finished but the email says youve nearly completed it, so i click on the icon and it takes me to the main first page of the site nothing to confirm who i am or anything. i first filled it in on sunday, and thought maybe because it was the weekend it hadnt processed it but i havent received anything

Hmmmm..... I would be inclined to go to a telephone box and give them a quick call, theyre actually pretty good at answering in a short time compared to equifax. When they say you're "nearly completed" it sounds to me like they want some more info. Just proof of who you are, where you live etc.
