Anyone having problems with Bare International mystery shopping payments?

I hope I've posted this in the right place. Apologies if I haven't.

Is anyone else having problems getting payment for recent mystery shopping assignments with Bare International?

I've worked for the company for a few years, and haven't had any problems in the past, but am getting increasingly frustrated at their delay in paying me the fee for a job I did back at the beginning of April.

I got the following group email on 18th May: "Please note that your payment for assignments conducted in the month of April 2010 may be delayed by approximately 5 business days due to software upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to working with you in the future!" and have since chased my scheduler a couple of times when payment didn't materialise. He told me on 7th June, "Payments were delayed due to a software issue. However, they will be sent out this week. I apologize for the delay." Still nothing.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems or can anyone shed any light on the repeated delays?

My payment for a job on the 1st April was delayed, but it arrived on the 1st June.

Thanks. They appear to have stopped replying to my emails now.

Thanks. Just tried that number, but an automated voice asks for an "access code followed by the pound sign" in order to continue.

Just received an email:

"I apologize for the delay in processing this payment. I have forwarded this issue to our UK office. Payment for UK shoppers was issued on June 15; however, your payment was not included in that batch. As soon as the payment is issued, I will contact you."

Still not sure what's going on or why my payment wasn't processed with all the others.

Still no sign of payment . The booker's referred the matter to a colleague in Belgium, but she's now ignoring my emails.

Mystery shopping work is far from well paid, so it's particularly annoying when one has to chase up payments repeatedly. Grrrr!

Does anyone have a contact number for Bare? The one that blindman kindly gave me doesn't work.
