need a small loan with bad credit rating !!???

hi guys, im 20 years old with a weak credit history. i would like to get a loan of between £1000 - £1500. as ive been told its quite hard to get a loan with this . could anyone help me and where could i start looking many thanks

What do you mean by a weak/bad credit history?
Do you mean just a lack of history or have you had credit accounts you missed payments on (or defaults or CCJs).

Without knowing what is on your report its impossible to advise whether you could get a loan and where from.

What do you want the loan for and how much can you afford to repay?

As Tixy says what is the loan for? What is your income and your expenditure? Without having more information it is not possible for people to try and help you.


See if you can post up a few more details and then people can offer you a little bit of guidance - you might find out that you don't actually need a loan - at 20 you are better trying to sort stuff out without having to borrow.

Sorry, this isn't meant to sound patronising but plenty of people on here will tell you getting into debt at a young age has been the start of the slippery slope - best avoided if there is another solution.
