Face the facts, then act.

The Russians oil well was on land for a start,and they had 5 attempts with nuclear devices before it was succesful.

They haven't a clue what a nuke would do at this depth.

The knee jerk reaction is using nukes.

If Oil was really being constantly replenished why are we being forced to refine tar sands or drill a mile under the ocean? Surely the Beverly Hillbillys would still be hitting black gold in their yard every other week??
