Hello,
Our property chain has fallen through on the eve of exchange! Our Estate Agent has said that our buyer (who has temp lost their buyer) is looking to get a bridging loan - I didn't think banks really offered this anymore? I'm not pinning too much hope on this one - but has anyone successfully done this recently?
