Has anyone used the above website in general and if so were you satisfied.

I am looking to order beds from there- the Airsprung Ortho Guest bed. Does anyone have any experience of this?

I have used them a few times and never had any problems with them. I think they are something to do with woolworths but don't take my word for it. Also there are usually discount codes posted on here. Hope this helps.

I have used Very for years it was littlewoods online then changed to very, always great customer service, bought clothes, electricals and furniture, I have never had anything arrived damaged, try the cashback site alot have 8% cash back also, Vry woolworths and Littlewoods are all the same group.

My previous bed was bought from Littlewoods (same company as very as purpletopaz says). It was a Sealy not an Airsprung. However they sent the wrong size three times (single instead of double) and when I finally got the right one, I managed to get £150 off as compensation for all the inconvenience, so I was happy!

When I purchased a bunk bed from them it came with 2 mattresses. The mattresses weren't delivered and when I phoned up I was told that the bunk bed frame doesn't come with mattresses. I explained that it did when I placed the order and I have the order confirmation and was told someone would look into it for me.

That was December 2010 and I am still trying to get my mattresses.

Quite frankly I won't ever trust them again and certainly won't be buying from them.

Just beware that mattress are excluded from returns on Very even under DSR (grey area i know)

Just make sure you check one out in a shop first if possible

I bought my first bed from them 10 years ago and everything was brilliant. I bought a new divan bed last May and the mattress had gone by October. I don't blame Very for this but they asked if they could just replace the mattress and I said yes fine. I got a mattress but I got a king size instead of a double and apparently they could only specify one size and they would see what they could do abpout this went on until December. Finally I lost it and said I want a new bed and it came damaged. So at one point I had two double beds that needed going back and a king size mattress in a smll terrace house !.

Still trying to sort out I would stay well clear of any of the shop direct group when it come to big items like this. The manufacturer doesn't deliver but HDNL and they just throw things about.

I have purchased a pine wooden divan approx 2 years ago via Littlewoods catalogue.

Chose this supplier after comparing similar wood bed divans and I needed drawers too for use underneath.

Was able to buy bed and the optional drawers at the time to make up package I needed.

Littlewoods came up trumps - best price and free delivery too.
