Am I missing anything?

If I've done my maths correctly (and I've triple checked the figures!)

I'm going to have around £500 spare this month...

Thing is, I'm moving 17th July (woo!) so my figures have been based on paying a full months rent on 1st July for my current home (rent for new place and deposit has already been accounted for)

Now, my workings out have included the following:

Rent
House Bills
Personal Bills (mobile, insurance etc)
Credit Card Payment

Now, apart from food and petrol, is there anything else I should account for this month? If not, then I am very happy with this as this extra money will really help us out with the move!

Thanks

PS: This is a one off question, I will need to post an updated SOA but am waiting until I'm in my new flat with all the updated monthly outgoings!

I'd put the figures in the SOA calc anyway and you might spot one you've missed
What about Council tax?, TV?, moving costs?:o

I did a quick SOA and included money for food and petrol (over estimated) and I'm left with over £350 for this month...

Moving costs we have already put aside (the first big shop, moving furniture etc) but if I could use this money too then that would be good, if not, its all going on the credit card :)

Probably already accounted for - but have you considered that you might have settlement bills on gas & elec etc when you leave current place.

Is anything at new place likely to need a deposit up front (insurance? utlities? or connection charges for a BT line or anything?

The rest of the house share people are staying in the house will still pay the monthly bills. Dont think we need any more money for the move at the moment.

But, as it happens, I now owe my dad £300 for buying me a new car key as mine got stolen so looks like the money will be coming from my bank account rather than insurance.

Yikes £300 for a new car key - not like the old days before alarms and immobilisers when you could get one cut locally for £4!
My key keeps falling apart and half dropping off, if its going to cost that to replace I'm going to glue it together.

Its a fancy electronic key card which slots in and you push a button to start the car, hence why it cost so much :(
