If I were you I'd get a second opinion on the DRO route (CAB possibly). The difference between £80 surplus income and £50 surplus income (per month) equates to only £7 per week.
I'm not suggesting that CCCS have done anything 'wrong' in their calculations but we are all influenced by how we are funded. And most DROs are done through CAB.
I'll happily take a look at your SOA if you want. It might be best to post it in a new thread on the bankruptcy board (different way of looking at it). Please pm me if you do that as I might miss it otherwise.0 -

Well dont let it lie. You can take them to court and I gather cap1 cough up when court papers come in.the_jaybird wrote: »i have £50 charges im trying to claim back from capital one but there not having it i have sent all template letters from here but they have refused to pay back.

You can also look at the enforceability of the cards/loans etc if you havnt already especially on those that have defaulted as you probably will be.
Have a look at this. Post related questions in NIDS thread for individual advice.

Hi,
If you contact the credit card companies by writing and enclose a financial statement, they may freeze the interest if you can agree on a monthly repayment figure. Regarding the possibility of going Bankrupt, it's probably a non starter as I think you'll have to pay to do so, unless one of the creditors goes for it and that's not going to happen as they want money from you and by making you Bankrupt, it would cost them money and they would not see another penny from you.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
