Electoral Roll...HELP PLEASE???

Hi guys,
I applied to be on the electorall roll a few month ago and when I checked my credit file, it still shoes 2008-2009 on electorall roll but where it says current, It says yes(that I am on the electorall roll).
If I was currently on the electoral roll would it say 09-10 or 10-11???
I hope someone can help as I'm totally confused.
