Folks,
chucky has kindly volunteered himself for one of the most gruelling tasks. Accordingly, it is appropriate we should give him our support. The reason he is committing himself to such a task is an extremely good cause.
His target is to get to friday 9 july without rising to the bait.

could i invite you to a charity event that i'm organising.
it's a small contribution of your choice to a childrens charity if you are able to avoid reacting to the provocative nature of the previous posts that were directed at you. the time would 30 days.
Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights in the desert so there is no reason why we cannot abstain from these activities on MSE.
maybe there will be a miracle at the end of it all.

I won't be adding to your charity as I already budget enough charity. But well done
Regardless of your cause, keep it up past the charity length of time / date.
I realised that it is not beneficial to lower myself with unnecessary words and indeed it's better to be able to hold your head higher and debate with a greater moral stance.
We all slip up from time to time, but if we are prepared to out in effort and try to be a better person in our discussions then hopefully it helps in obtaining a better debate / discussion.
