Tesco Code/coupon rejected?

Hi

I have just had my Tesco shopping delivered but the £5 off coupon couldn't be used.

" common reasons why a coupon/voucher is rejected:
- You needed to spend a certain amount but your final bill was below this
- Your basket did not include the specific promo items
- It is possible that ther may have been a technical problem. ???
- It is possible that the voucher may have already been redeemed.
Please contact customer services etc..... "

Has anybody else had this problem, code was found off of either this website or one other can't remeber now, tried so many last night. The order conformation includes it.

Do I phone CS or not, don't want to get into trouble??

Any ideas?

I hope someone helps you soon. My shopping is coming on Thursday and I have a feeling my 1500 extra points may not be included.

Tesco are clamping down on the multiple use of codes. There was a thread on here a short while ago. I will try to find it. A lot of the codes on the internet, including here, are either limited in how many times they will work or were issued as a personal code for the recipient.
