Hi Everyone
We have found a house we are really interested in and are waiting on reply from offer...but thought I should try and get myself organised....this may not be the house, but at least I will be prepared!
I notice some one has asked already regarding solicitors- so was wondering does any one know any 'good' surveyors?
I don't want someone to drive by, I want a good quality survey. I read on somewhere that its a good idea to try and go around with the surveyor when they check the house, as they may notice things that they then omit from the report....any suggestions gratefully received:)

I would recommend Noel McQuitty - loads of experience and he will do a good job. Not hard to pay either. I will pm you with the details

I would second that recommendation. Noel's a lovely man, honest and very experienced."I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."
