I put a lounge cabinet a matching hifi unit and a gas fire on and 2 out of three are going with someone coming to see the third. It feels good to know that they are going to be used not just sent to landfill:j

    I just started Freecycle too. Since then I have got rid of a student desk that was no longer needed and I have obtained 12 demijohns for homemade wine exploits. Brilliant.

    I managed to get rid of a small chest freezer, and a set of dumbbells that have been gathering dust for years.... it is so good to know they have not been wasted!

    Brilliant idea of whoever to start that website.
    Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
