So Lloyds have acknowledged the claim and not spent ages to do it. I'm getting worried now that they will take this al the way.
What experiences have people had with Lloyds TSB on claiming charges back e.g. time frames etc etc

Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!

the banks like to drag their feet and use jargon in order to put us off claiming, just carry on with it and see it through.Debt £5600 all 0%0

Lloyds Acknolwedged the claim on 23rd August and I've not heard anything from them since.
Has anyone got experience of how long it takes them to enter a defence or pay up?0 -
they take ages to be honest with you. Just sit it out,
they offered me the money iof I agreed to confidentility, I wrote back saying well we can negotiate a price on that if you want, heard nothing back for a month. Courtt havent set a date yet for me in any case, so im looking at a good few weeks yet I fear
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Lloyds didn't acknowledge my claim within the 28 days - I entered a request for judgement online, thinking 'yay i've won', and in the 48 hours it took to process it, they entered a defence under the wire. b*stards  I'm waiting for a court date now.
