question bout cookin meat- how to?

ok in reference to my previous thread yo umay have seen that i dont ahve the foggiest notion how to cook any meat other thatn chicken which is the main reason my freezer is full and we have no food!!

so i dug out the bbq pack i obught at the butchers ages ago and im gonna cook it all today and freeze whatever isnt needed. problem is i dont know how to cook it.

instructions (and i mean baby step by step instructions) are needed on how to cook the following:
kebabs (think they chicken or pork)
marinated ribs
peppered pork steaks
hamburgers

just need to know how to cook the meat on its own no recipes etc.

i am starting to cook in an hour so advice b4 then would be appreciated!

    I would grill it or shove it in the oven on a large baking tray, none of that should need more than 30 - 40 minutes at gas mark 5?
    Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

    turned out fine and i dont appear top have food poinsoning!
