Semi Permanent Eyebrows

Lichen planus is affecting my scalp where it is destroying the hair follicles causing patches of hair loss on my scalp, eyebrows and thin eyelashes. But that is not the issue. I have it and thats that. My issue is that I cant get semi permanent makeup on NHS. Looked into it and found places for approx £300 for just eyebrows alone. I cant afford to pay that kind of money. Its not my fault I have practically non existant eyebrows so whats a girl to do. Im a single parent on a low income living in Sheffield.
Anyone out there that can give me some positive news?
