Hi,
Does anybody have any information regarding REMO's
I have found info from parents whos ex-husbands have left the UK, but I am the other way round. I have left the UK (with the ok from my ex-husband) to live in the USA and am coming up blank with the CSA cumminications.

Even though he is here and you are there in the US - if you want a variation of your order, then you need to apply through REMO in court in the States. You will have your court day there, they will make a provisional order, send it to the court here, where your ex will be notified to attend. They will then either accept your US order as enforceable here or they will send it back to your US court with their recommendations.
It's exactly the same, just in reverse

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -
