Under where you enter the 'age of your baby' it says :
"Remember, we must receive your entries by 31 March 2007 and proof of purchase in the form of a store receipt showing a Filetti purchase is required" ??

yeah, i didn't understand that bit either - but i've filled the form in and we'll just have to wait and see.

It's a very odd form: also asks you for your first name but not the surname
