Reducing Payment to Payplan - advice wanted

Hello all, I confess I haven't been here for a while, busy concentrating on my bump which will pop at the end of November
Anyhoo, I've been happily paying Payplan now since December last year.
Barclaycard FINALLY accepted the arrangement after I complained to the OFT about them - got all interest and charges refunded and everything has settled nicely.
I was hoping that we would be able to cope without changing our Payplan amount while I'm off work and once I go back to work with a new nursery bill to pay.
However, I think I might be being a little optimistic and so I wonder if anyone has any advice/experience of asking to lower their payment to Payplan and what the ramifications are of doing so with the creditors?
Many thanks, CC xx

Hi
people do this all the time, as their circumstances change.
You will have to do a new SOA when you go on mat leave, another when junior arrives and you get extra benefits and another when you go back to work, at the very least. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi, I have had to do this a few times, upping it again as and when we can afford it.We found that the staff are very understanding of changing circumstances and we never had a problem doing this0
