Arrears amounts

Basically Ive been trying to get a definitive answer from CSA regarding how much arrears they alledge i owe
They refuse to give me a detailed breakdown and point me towards the CAB if i cannot glean any info from the basic account breakdown
However when I complained to the ICE about their maladministration of my case, which ive had 2 payments from them and they acknowledge maladministration, they have give the ICE a figure of how much my arrears are, this figure is around £2500 lower than the amount they keep saying to me (or differeing amounts)
Can I force the CSA to acknowledge and agree to the amount they disclosed to ICE?
Hope this makes sense
Ive been through my MP but he wasn't really interested in helping me, which was the vibe i got from his emails and letters
I just want to get free from the DEO they have me on, since Nov 2006 and have paid around £30,000 to them
Also I suspect that they have mis-allocated my payments, how do i go about challenging this also

If this is for real i would get yourself a different MP as mine done ok for me with an initial letter to prompt the idiots i wont sit down and take their crap anymore. How many kids do you have to be paying £30000 as it seems a lot. What office is dealing with your case ?0 -
I would now get the Parliamentary Ombudsman involved. You have to go through the MP for this though.
Book an appointment with the MP at their next surgery. I would also say how disappointed you are that the MP won't help you and you have no alternative but to approach the PO now.0 -
this is for 2 kids0
