 SO MUCH FOR ASDA, Given an e-voucher for 75 pounds on sat and just been rung by Asda to say its a mistake and 850 people have been given the discount in error and ASDA will not honour it even though the order was placed days ago
TESCO did the same thing with left 4 dead 2 on xbox 360 at xmas stating it was a price error despite it being on their offer page.
looks like I will be trying Sainsburys next month

I think what DGJS is trying to say ,is that this could have been posted somewhere more appropriate.say maybe, the vent pages??A little more diplomacy could have been used however..Debt-free...and staying that way...0

I love Asda, they totally cocked up my order last year, we ended up having £160 worth of shopping for free. he he.
Sainsburys are meant to be rocketing their prices further so I heard.0

A very simple error. Drewdrop was explaining in a previous post on here that he/she has started budgeting for shopping and saved money... on top of that a £75 voucher had been won thus further saving money. Drewdrop was merely following this up to fill us all in on what happened.
DGJSaver; I think your issue could have been raised without the name calling. Hmm, the voucher stated it was for a 'dettol' competition not for new customers and also interesting that they ring me minutes before delivery and 4 days after placing the order:jDEBT FREE 27th MAY 2010:j

Unfortunately I think it seems to be one and the same thing...

On another Note , ASDA do like to email you personally ie to your Name... to offer a discount voucher , or a free delivery code , when you log in , it applys to new customers only....
