Hi all,
I have just moved home with my parents after living away for a while. I'm looking to rent a place but would idealy love to buy somewhere. I'm single, 20, earn a steady income of 15k a year and at the moment don't have a deposit but shouldnt have a problem with raising 5-7k by January.
Would it be at all possible to get a mortgage? (granted a small one) and is it worth my while considering a part equity purchase?
Thanks for any advice!

With £5k deposit you'd be looking at property value of around £50,000.0
