2nd mortgage?

We already have a mortage on a property that we rent and are wanting to now buy a 2nd property for our home, what is the best way to do this?

I know a lot of people try to sort it all out themselves but I would say that if you are not up on these things talk to an IFA or a mortgage broker. You can always search the market yourself later once you have an idea of how its best to go.
My opinion on it is that it is better to have the two mortgages on separate properties rather than putting both on the rental property however I know some people may not agree with me.0 -
