Facial acupuncture

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has tried this and what the results/experiences were? After seeing a photo of myself from Saturday and noticing my slightly sagging jowls etc I have made an appointment for next Tuesday!

I haven't tried it myself but one of my friends has. I used to be a beauty journalist and she is a beauty therapist. She swears it has made a difference, lifted her skin and lessened some of her lines but me and her other friends just can't see it ourselves!

I suspect the changes are so subtle that maybe only you will be able to tell.

On the plus side, I suspect acupuncture would increase the blood flow, which is good for improving the texture of the skin.

I've now had 3 sessions of acupuncture on my face with another next week. I definitely feel that I look better although the improvement is subtle. I had a frown line in between my eyebrows which has all but disappeared and my skin generally feels plumper. I will evaluate whether to continue with monthly maintenance when I have the last one next week.
