Whos on TSB Surveyor Panel?

Hi,
Buying in scotland so seller has to provided homebuyers survey which includes an EPC, Level 2 survey listing any repairs required & a RICS surveyor valuation. (carried out march 2010)
Looking at mortage with TSB and they require a £400 fee for an additional valuation to be carried out, unless existing valuation was carried out by a surveyor on their panel.
How do I find out who is on their panel list?
And if allied surveyors (exsiting valuation) is not on list can I just go direct and arrange a cheaper valuation with someone who is?
