stained glass window

We have just finished decorating our hall and the front door has 2 stained glass side lights, but the door itself hasn't I am guessing it has been broken in the past,
does anybody know how i can go about getting a panel made?
i have looked locally and cannot find anything, would love to make it myself, but no idea where to start, and i am not keen on the fake ones (glass paint etc)
anybody know?

You don't say where you are but there must be someone in your yellow pages, have you tried on https://www.yell.com

If you want to make it yourself you need to enquire about courses through your council adult education department or have you a local further education college that may do this.

not sure where you are but this place is in manchester which might be exactly what you want! if you're not in the north west then they might be able to help you find somewhere mroe local?

Proper stained glass windows can be VERY expensive. There aren't a lot of people making these any more. What area are you in? If you can't find one in your local phone book, you may be able to find one through a local glass/glazing shop. They should have contacts themselves for when they need these made up.

Thanks all i have found somewhere who run courses but its not that near, they are quite expensive and i am not sure i will be able to make what i want at the end of it. I have looked at the eve courses but nothing around here, looks like i will have to ask around locally and see
