I am trying to order something from natureshop.co.uk and my credit card transaction failed. However, I get the following notice that:
You can still proceed with this order by checking out through Paypal which processes transactions in
the issuing bank country. You do not need a paypal account to check out with paypal. Please click on
the "Check out with Paypal" button below.
Is this normal for a shop that is called natureshop.co.uk? I know their stuff is Australian, but thought if it's co.uk is't for deliveries within the UK?
Plus, I do not have a paypal account, so how can I check out with paypal without setting up a paypal account?
Also, I wasn't asked to go through to VISA verify, so not sure now if this site is genuine?!
Thanks for any advice.:)

I guess anyone knows the answer to this? Anyway, I've decided to leave it now as I'm not sure if it's a genuine site or not.0

It could be to do with your card- sometimes card companies do not allow certain payments if they feel they are 'abnormal' in comparison to your usual spend. Contact your card company to check everything is OK and they may have more details.0

Anybody can have a dot co dot uk website. You don't have to be UK based which is why so many scam Chinese sites use it.
Natureshop are based in New Zealand so you'll possibly get stung for vat and import duty. Here's their contact details.

If they can't process your payments properly then don't use them.0 -
From memory the UGG website didnt recognise them as auth retailer so I thought they were a counterfeit outfit basically0

Thank you all for your replies. It all seems a bit dodgy so I'm glad I didn't manage to buy from there!0

Hi There,
I am the managing director of Natureshop and I just found this thread. We are a 100% genuine company and we now have a warehouse and customer support centre here in the UK. Our company registration is 7193819. I am sorry to hear you had payment problems. Some card issuers do not allow transactions outside of the their country. Our merchant facilities are now set up in the UK through HSBC and you shouldn't have any problems. We are not listed on the UGG Asutarlia site as we do not sell theor products and never have. We sell sheepskin boots from EMU Australia and Love From Australia.
I hope this clears things up for you and shoyuld you have any further doubts you could call any of our suppliers or view our highly positive customer feedback on our independant review service by ratepoint (link is on our website)
Kind Regards
Conrad Cranfield0
