I am hoping you can help. I have made a mess of my credit card with a debit of £12, 500. I approached Black Horse who have offered me a loan to clear the debit(£13,000) the APR being 12.9% is this a good rate over 5 years. Borrowing 13K paying back £17,478.60? is this good?:o
