Northern Rock Together mortgage - can I keep the unsecured part when I sell my house?

As the title says; I have a together mortgage and want to sell my house. When it does sell, I assume I only have to pay back the amount that is secured and can keep the rest as an unsecured loan over the rest of the 25 years?

If I recall correctly from previous threads on this theme, it is possible but the interest rate on the remaining loan will become much much higher - you'd have to look at their website or contact them to find out the details.
However, I might be mis-remembering, or NR's criteria may have changed since previous answers, so always best to check with the lender, I reckon.0 -
As above, the interest rate will increase significantly. Call NR to clarify this0
