Problem is, they may pick up on IP address but they cant trace the user can they?

me too!!!...They are messaging me back, however I dont know what they are doing!!...i had 3 labs on yellow background, but no form or anything, just to spin again...

all they keep saying is "am i sure it wasnt they begining of the game"....it wasnt because id had a few spins just before the labs...

i so dont know, hope they sort it
