Hi
Can anyone recommend a good bring your own cafe/restaurant/pizzeria in belfast that is open at lunchtime please?
Everywhere seems to only be BYO from 5pm, but open over lunchtime !
Cheers!

    Thanks for the ideas!

Unfortunately Greens is open at lunchtime, but is only BYO from 7.30pm.

I've emailed maggie mays to see what time their BYO starts.

I've found loads of BYOs are open at lunctime, but I'm having difficulty finding one that let you bring wine in before 5pm... just planning a boozy lunch with the girls and coming unstuck.

    Any other suggestions welcome!

    Hi,

Try Legends on the Lisburn Road. Is a decent place, no question. Not 100% if avail. at lunchtime, but worth a phonecall

Since they are all operating from 5pm or later, perhaps this is a licensing issue?

I was at the balmoral show one last Friday. Afterwards we went to greens and brought our own wine and beer. We go quite regularly and this was at about 3. Don't know where people get their info from. Going this Saturday for lunch also and I intend on having a drink

I got the info from their website, have copied in the section about BYO, took it for granted this was when it started ?

    Late dining
From 7.30 pm onwards the restaurant has a more relaxed adult atmosphere, with many dinners taking advantage of our B.Y.O policy.

That does not necessarily mean that it's only byo from half seven. It does not state that. You might be picking it up wrong.
