Another mortgage?

Hi,
I am new to this site and so far have found it very useful. I have not posted any new topics so here we go.

I have recently brought a property which i have rented out but i think i would like to get another to rent out also. What options do i have available to finance it?

I have been told that it is possible to get a let to buy mortgage. So you let out your existing property inorder to buy another? im not sure how reliable this is though?

I will post some related issues on the investing part as i am still not 100% sure if i want to get another investment property
