I did mine first, then my father in laws on my computer and clicked on recommend a friend on the father in laws confirmation. Got an e-mail recommending me straight away so registered in my own name not my husbands. It accepted me and then l have just had an e-mail saying To Jane saying that if l have regiestered in time a razor will be sent but nothing yet has come with my hubbys name on and l did that first?? Never mind at least we got one accepted. Maybe they are randomly accepting applicants.
