Itunes have incorrectly charged me

Looked at my bank statement today to find that itunes have charged me twice, for 24p and 79p, although any purchases I have made have been debited off my itunes gift card which still has money on it, and the purchases I did make did not cost 24p and 79p anyway.

Just wanted to know whether anyone else has experienced this and whether Itunes resolved it for them. I am planning on emailing Itunes since I cannot find a contact number for them.

Any help appreciated :)

be careful as I think there's been some fraud going on with itunes, double check it. I'd call them and maybe your bank if it's not right.

Yes, be careful. I once had something like this (also itunes, also two small transactions) as a fraudster's 'test' purchase prior to an attempt to take £2,000! Speak to your bank straight away.

I had a similar experience, someone took something like £1.24 off my account. Itunes didn't want to know. Told me to take it up with my debit card holder, when I told them the credit was via an itunes card they just stopped corresponding. Afterall, it is all money to them?
