cap 1 wanting a signature

Hi all

I am trying to sort out payment plans with my credit card companies, but seem to be going around in circles with cap 1. I don't really want to discuss my finances with someone in another country. I have sent them a SOA but have now sent a letter saying they want a signature. I am sure I read somewhere on here about not signing a letter to a bank or cc company. What is best to do? I have sorted everything out with mbna, they were really nice and reduced the interest to a v low rate.

    Hi
Couple of options - send them a letter along these lines (you may need to alter it to fit what they have said)- http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=30356269&postcount=20
or write back with a signature but make sure its in a format that cannot be scanned into a document at a later stage (such as draw gridlines or a wavy line behind it)
A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give
or "It costs nowt to be nice"
