help me meal plan pls!

hi guys , without borning you with the deatails i have very little money to feed to adults for just over a week. i do have 15 pound if i need to get extras in and i do have food in now but im hoping u guys can help me streach it out for a bit longer. any advice? oh just to make things more complcated hes a veggi but he will eat tuna.

list of what we have in now!

sweetcorn

basil

bell pepper (lots)

bread

broccoli

brown sugar

butter

canned tuna

carrot

caster sugar

chicken stock

couscous
wraps
quorn mexican bites

cumin

eggs (only 1 left)

flour

garlic

gravy
some sad salad

milk

mincemeat (fake)

mushroom

olive oil
strawberrys

onion

pasta

pesto sauce

potato

raspberry jam

rice

salsa

sausage (both vegi frendly and real meat)

strawberry
packet of mixed beans

sweet corn

tomato paste

vegetable oil

vegetable stock

white wine

yeast
risotto rice
baked beans
tined pinapple
super noodles
tomoto suace
tea bags :)


i also have quite a bit of mash left over from yesterday and half a bag of mixed frozen veg.

i do have a bread maker if that helps. :)

    Pasta bake - tuna, pasta and sauce
    Rissoto - rice, chopped veg, white wine
    Pizza - make base in bread maker, tomato sauce and veg
    Sausage and mash
    Fish cakes - mashed potato and tuna and sweetcorn
    Soup made from anything you have left
    Baked beans on toast.
