Margate's Big Event
Kent’s Leading Air and Land Festival

Set on Margate's stunning Palm Bay, Margate's Big Event has thrilling flying displays each day alongside some of the country's top street entertainers and live music. It's a great family weekend.

The event will be open from 10am until 10pm on Saturday and from 10.30am to 6pm on Sunday. Tickets are expected to go on sale for Margate’s Big Event in early June, priced £2.00 with children under the age of five free of charge.

Ticket holders can leave and return to the site as often as they wish during the course of the day and there is no additional charge for the concert on the Saturday evening.

Top performers throughout the day …
Live bands, Top street performers, Children entertainers
Fairground, Saturday evening free concert and firework finale, Beer tent, food and drink village.

Broadstairs Folk Week starts tomorrow, it's fantastic.

Don't do the official camping in central Broadstairs, it's a rip-off (over £500 for the week for a basic pitch in a school field). Find a campsite in Deal/Dover/Sandwich/Ramsgate etc. We're paying £7 per night (inc. electric hook-up, in the garden of a CAMRA award-winning pub).
