Payplan have advised me to to open a basic account and have my wages paid into it, which i have done. They also advised me to make an offer to my old bank to pay a small amount each month for my existing loan and overdraft, but i'm not sure what to write and where to send my letter to. The old bank is barclays. could anyone give me any advice please.
